The clients asked us to design a replacement entrance door to replace the existing single door. We opened up the entrance to the full width, adding full-length, half-glazed side panels.

REGENCY VILLA
Sound-proof Sash Window Installation
LEAMINGTON SPA, WARWICKSHIRE
Close to Leamington Spa town centre and situated on a busy road, Portico were commissioned to replace 8 tired sash windows with new, sound & draught proofed replacements. Acoustic glazing was used to reduce outside noise, creating a quieter, more comfortable home especially for the bedrooms at the front of the house.

The clients on this project wanted to replace all their uPVC windows with bespoke timber windows and a bespoke entrance door. They have totally transformed this home and the client couldn't be happier.

The existing windows were a mix of rotten timber casements and uPVC windows and French doors. The replacement windows were set back into the reveals to enhance the period character.

VICTORIAN TERRACE

As part of a total transformation of this Victorian terrace, Portico replaced the existing uPVC windows with beautiful hardwood timber sashes, including the bay window, as well as a bespoke entrance door with fan light.

Entrance Door Upgrade
HARBURY, WARWICKSHIRE
Portico replaced the front and rear entrance doors with boarded farmhouse-style doors. The front door was fully-boarded to which we replaced the original ironmongery to retain the period feel, whilst the back door was upgraded to a stable door. Both doors are highly insulated and feature multipoint locking for enhanced security.
