What sizes and styles do you offer?
All our windows & doors are totally bespoke meaning you can have exactly the size & design you want, whether it's to match the existing or a new design. Once we've discussed your requirements, we'll produce drawings & specifications for your approval prior to manufacture.
What timber options do you offer?
We offer both hardwood and redwood options. Both options use engineered, multi-layer timber.
Meranti is a hardwood characterised by high durability, resistance to weather conditions and is resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. It has excellent sound & heat insulating properties.
Redwood (pine) is a durable wood, resistant to moisture and has good sound and thermal insulating properties. It is a lower price alternative to hardwood.
What areas do you cover?
For measurement and installation, we cover Warwickshire and the surrounding areas (Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford Upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Solihull, Coventry, Rugby, North Cotswolds, Leicestershire and North Oxfordshire). We supply to anywhere in the country. But please call to discuss.
What are the benefits of multi-layer timber?
All our windows & doors are made from multi-layer timber. This ensures they are incredibly stable & therefore resistant twisting or warping. This ensures your windows remain functioning perfectly.
What colours can I have?
We can supply windows and doors in any paint colour, including RAL, Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and many more. We also offer the option of different colours inside to outside. Alternatively, the timber can be stained in a wide range of colours & finishes.
We use a 4-coat, micro porous paint or stain coating system, providing maximum protection but minimal maintenance.
What hardware finishes do you offer?
We have a wide range of styles and finishes of door and window hardware. Whether it is handles, locks or letterboxes all are available in various finishes including brass, satin brass, antique brass, polished, satin chrome, pewter, matt black & dark bronze.
What glazing options are there?
We offer a wide range of glass types including etched, patterned & leaded.
Where can I see the products?
We have a showroom in Leamington Spa where we have a range of our products & a wide selection of hardware and finishes for you to view.

How thermally efficient are your windows?
In a word, very!
All our windows & doors have double-glazed, argon-filled units as well as multi-stage draught seals ensuring they are super warm & draught free.
Typical U-values are 1.1 which exceeds buildings regulations requirements for both replacement & extensions / new-builds.
How secure are you windows?
Casement windows, entrance doors and French doors all have multi-point locks. Sash windows have internal locks to prevent opening. All windows are glazed from the inside.
Do your windows and doors comply with building regulations?
Yes - all windows and doors comply with the various building regulations for replacement / extensions / new-builds.
Do you install as well as supply the windows & doors?
We offer both supply-only & fully installed options.
- For supply only we will still visit you, take measurements and discuss all various options. We will then produce drawings and then making and supplying the products to you.
- Your windows and doors can also be installed by our experienced team of window fitters and joiners.
What is the process to get my windows & doors?
We will lead you through our staged process to ensure we provide you with the perfect windows to your exact requirements:
- Initial discussion & often a site visit
- Design, quotation & order placement
- Detailed drawings & specification for your approval
- Manufacture
- Delivery
- Installation (where required)
What guarantees do you provide?
Windows and doors come with the following guarantees:
- Sealed units 10 Years
- Hardware 10 Years
- Paint finishes 12 Years
- Stain finishes 6 Years
How frequently do your timber windows require re-painting?
Painted finishes should last for at least 6 years before re-painting is required & stain at around 5 years, subject to suitable care and maintenance. A single coat of paint or varnishing is all that should be required.
How sustainable are your products?
Timber is the most a sustainable choice for windows and doors. Our wood comes only from proven suppliers with relevant certificates, including FSC certificates proving the sustainability of the source.
Alternatives such as uPVC or aluminium production are incredibly energy-intensive materials & produce huge amounts of green-house gas. Neither product are easily bio-degradable - in particular uPVC plastic takes centuries.
How long does it take for new doors and windows to be delivered?
Typically around 8-9 weeks, although lead-times do vary depending on the workload in the workshop.
What are your payment terms?
50% on placement of order, 40% prior to delivery and 10% after installation.
